Grant Hutchison's Political Borders for Celestia's Earth

  Since this add-on uses VirtualTextures, it is suitable for use only with Celestia 1.3.1per9 and thereafter.

  Unzip this file into your extras directory, and it will create a folder called "borders", containing textures and definitions which provide an alternate surface for the Earth called "Borders Overlay", with current international borders superimposed on Celestia's default Earth texture.

  Several levels of detail are available as you zoom in - all borders are rendered at up to 8k detail, with selected areas around the Mediterranean basin and in Central Asia rendered to 16k to bring out fine detail.

  Border data are extracted from the World Vector Shoreline and World Data Bank II databases, with additional processing and rendering to make the depicted borders current as of the independence of Kosovo in February 2008.
