Remark added 1.6.99:
Since the week of the workshop a mistake in the derivation of the combinations of matrix elements in the Gottfried-Jackson frame has been found and removed.
The corrected results are shown here in slides 13 and 14 and are included in the contribution to the proceedings.
The results differ from those shown at the workshop by an amount less than the error bars.
