Bunch-by-Bunch Analysis of CESRc Optics

8x10 positron bunches, uniformly filled. PRZ13=design. (No separation)
Intercalary bunches are inserted into the normal 8x5 configuration,
space by 2 ns and 12 ns from the original bunches. This calculation
was done because of a recent machine study in which 2 ns bunch spacing
was tested.
These are the tune conditions for HEP operation as of 12/21/04.
The tunes are set to the values measured for electrons during the
characterization of 12/20/04: Qh=213.5 kHz Qv=230.6 kHz fs=40.4 kHz.
