your violation of any rights of another. Disclaimer and
Limitation of Liability ETNUS, INC MAKES NO WARRANTY OR
REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, ETIHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH
RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF THE DOCUMENTATION. ETNUS, LLC EXCLUDES
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST
INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
