High Energy Theory, Elementary Particle Physics, Superstring Theory with an emphasis on its relation to our universe, properties of matter and forces, and the origin of the universe.

Recent interests focus on the Brane World, a scenario where matter lives in the usual 4 spacetime dimensions while gravity lives in higher dimensions. Cosmology, the cosmological constant problem, phenomenology and the relation to Superstring/M theory are some of the issues being investigated.
