What to submit

• Proposal. Due January 21, 2005. Send to George Gollin in pdf and postscript format and to Jim Brau (detector) in pdf format or Gerry Dugan (accelerator) in latex and pdf format.
  
  
• Biographical Sketch. Due February 4, 2005. Send to Jim Brau (detector) or Gerry Dugan (accelerator) in pdf format.
  
  
• "Current and Pending Support" Form. Due February 4, 2005. Send to Jim Brau (detector) or Gerry Dugan (accelerator).
