**PLEASE NOTE that this process is still under development**
We welcome any comments or suggestions; as well as reports of what does and does not work. Please email dab66 at lepp.cornell.edu

  • Questions and Comments should be sent to the Session Chair through email (address posted before webcast). Instant messaging is temporarily unavailable.

  • The following browsers have been tested and should work well with the AWSem:

      • Mozilla

      Windows

      • Firefox
      • Mozilla
      • Internet Explorer
      • Netscape 4.7x
      Mac OS X

      • FireFox
      • Mozilla
      • Internet Explorer
Presenter

  1. Notify the LEPP Computer Group (service at lepp.cornell.edu) that you would like to broadcast your presentation. Please give as much notice as possible and understand that webcasting services are contigent on the LEPP Computer Group's available resources. In return, we will do everything possible to accomodate your request.
  2. Provide Devin Bougie (dab66 at lepp.cornell.edu) with a PowerPoint AND PDF copy of your slides at least 2 hours prior to your presentation.
    Please note:
    • Slides will be presented to the online audience in their final state. i.e. no slide animations will work for the webcast (but you may include them for the local audience!)
    • Slide numberings included in your presentation's template will not display correctly for the online audience. Although we know it is extremely tedious, we recommend manually numbering each slide.
